On today’s explosive episode, Tom and Jenny discuss one of the most intense shootouts in American history. In 1997, two men — Larry Phillips Jr. and Emil Matasareanu – entered a Bank of America branch in the North Hollywood section of Los Angeles, California. For 44 excruciating minutes, the heavily armed and armored perpetrators engaged in gunfire with police, resulting in multiple injuries, but miraculously, only two fatalities: the robbers themselves.
