On this creepy and tragic installment, Tom and Jenny talk about the origins of the internet’s best-known creepypasta, Slender Man, created in 2009 and subsequently the subject of a vast number of online horror stories, films, video games, and web series such as Marble Hornets, TribeTwelve, and EverymanHYBRID. Unfortunately, the character was also the supposed inspiration for a notorious 2014 crime, as two twelve-year-old girls in Waukesha, Wisconsin stabbed their friend 19 times because they believed that Slender Man had told them to. Turn down the lights and close the blinds, because Slender Man is always watching on a LIVE episode 229.

Then, we’ll be talking about the storied history of the famed British mental asylum, Broadmoor Hospital, which has been home to some of the country’s most notorious and violent criminals, from the Yorkshire Ripper to Ronnie Kray to the Stockwell Strangler, and discussing some of these famous patients.
