Jenny talks about a largely forgotten thriller starring Mary Steenburgen and Roddy McDowall, in which an out-of-work actress is taken to a remote mansion for a supposed movie role and ends up embroiled in a deadly plot. It is a loose remake of the 1945 film My Name is Julia Ross, which was itself an adaptation of Anthony Gilbert’s 1941 novel The Woman in Red.
