The first of these is the fun, breezy Mark Wahlberg buddy cop comedy Spenser Confidential; the second is an okay but kinda convoluted serial-killer thriller from Spain titled Twin Murders: The Silence of the White City; and third is an intriguing English-language flick from France called The Room (not to be confused with the Tommy Wiseau “masterpiece”), with a very Twilight Zone premise and some messed-up developments therein.
