Finally, at long last, it’s the extra long, extra special, and extra inebriated Episode 150! On this monster episode, which was too large to be contained in one video and had to be uploaded in three parts, Tom and Jenny get progressively drunker as they talk about crazy space conspiracies, such as the famed Apollo Moon Landing Hoax, the Flat Earthers, and the mysterious Black Knight Satellite. Along the way, numerous digressions are explored, including tangents about mid-century American cuisine, the philosophy of scientific skepticism (no, really), and Baby Cookie shenanigans. Episode 149 – Richard Ramirez: The Night Stalker

On this horrific installment, Tom and Jenny are discussing one of the most notorious American serial killers of the 1980s: Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker. This dirtbag terrorized southern California throughout 1984 and 1985, breaking into random houses and raping, murdering, and pillaging wherever he went, completely indiscriminate in his choice of victims. He is also infamous for being an avowed Satanist who seemed to genuinely believe that Satan was going to protect him from getting caught (spoiler alert: nope). Lock your doors, hide your valuables, and keep your loved ones close as we unfold the harrowing tale on episode 149.

13 O’Clock Episode 148 – The Possession of Julia and the Michael Taylor Exorcist Murder

On today’s possessive installment, we’re discussing two cases of purported demon infestation, one of which resulted in a gruesome murder. First, we’ll be talking about the case of “Julia,” who approached the Catholic church in 2008 claiming to be possessed and who came to the attention of a Yale-and-Harvard-educated psychiatrist who suspected her possession was legit. Then we’ll tell the horrifying tale of Michael Taylor, a mild-mannered fella in a small English town who was seemingly taken over by demons after joining a weird religious sect and subsequently went on to kill his wife (and dog) in pretty much the worst way imaginable. Fill the tub with holy water and give Father Merrin a ring, it’s about to get demonic up on episode 148.

13 O’Clock Episode 147 – The Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders & the Murder of Marcia Trimble

On this heartbreaking installment, Tom and Jenny discuss two horrific murder cases from the 1970s, both involving Girl Scouts. First is the 1977 Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders, in which three little girls were brutally butchered while on a Girl Scout camping trip. The second is the 1975 killing of Marcia Trimble, who disappeared after setting out into her neighborhood to deliver Girl Scout cookies and was found dead more than a month later. Along the way, we go off on some of our inevitable digressions, especially about Girl Scout cookies, because of course we do. Lay in your stock of Thin Mints and bust out the tissues for another true crime two-fer on episode 147.
